The challenge is bending gravity and controlling the flow of water as much as it is avoiding the slumbering fish that are just waiting for a meal to sweep by. Choke points or gates that slowly let water and fish dribble through can cause bottlenecks that force water to pool. Let the water rise too high and it'll spill out around edges or into the waiting mouth of a predator. Time things right, though -- carefully unleash tidal waves to carry the little critters down toward the bottom of the screen -- and you'll get them all there safely.
